Welcome to Room 6. We are a class full of scintillating, intelligent and exuberant children. We work as a team to achieve the goals that we set, and take great pride in everything that we do! Please take your time and enjoy a small glimpse of what Room 6 gets up to on a day to day basis.

This is me!
At the beginning of the year we filled in a page all about ourselves, answering questions such as:
When I grow up I want to be?
If I had one wish it would be?
This helped us to get to know one and other and understand what makes us tick. After we had filled in the questionnaire we drew a self potrait of ourselves and then used pastels to colour them in. Here are some examples of our work.

The Ecology of Learning
One of topics this term is the Ecology of Learning. In Room 6 we believe that if we ask questions and share our ideas with others it helps us to be better learners. We work quietly and on task to complete our work. We use a variety of materials and tools to help us facilitate our learning.
